The Meatball Memorial Fund & Foster Program

Meatball

Meatball was a very special, wobbly kitten who didn’t develop normally like his siblings. His worried foster mom took him to the Cat Doctor, where he was ultimately diagnosed with hydrocephalus, a rare neurological disorder that caused fluid to build around his brain. This handsome little guy didn’t understand why his body wouldn’t do what he wanted it to. Lucky for him, he had the whole Cat Doctor staff to take care of him, and even developed quite a following of fans on his “Meatblog.” Sadly, Meatball only lived for four short months. His family at the Cat Doctor missed him so much that they decided to team up with City Kitties to establish the Meatball Memorial Fund. This fund, administered by City Kitties, provides top-notch veterinary care to special needs felines. The Cat Doctor, in return, provides Meatball’s beneficiaries with one month of free boarding.
