Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Event for Feral Cats

Do you care for a feral cat in Philadelphia, or even a whole colony of them? Now you can get these cats spayed/neutered and vaccinated for just ten bucks! Animal Care and Control Team (ACCT) is teaming up with UPenn veterinary students to provide this much-needed event on December 18th. Don’t miss your chance to get up to 20 feral cats fixed and vaccinated for just $10 each. Here are the details, and you can also download the event flyer here.

Sunday, December 18th is Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Surgery Day at ACCT!
Philadelphia Animal Control (ACCT) and UPENN veterinary students are partnering for a special low‐cost TNR clinic!!! Please help spread the word to any cat caretakers who would like to sterilize their unowned community cats.$10 per cat gets you:

  • Spay/Neuter surgery
  • Ear tip (mandatory)
  • FVRCP and Rabies

Flea treatment and FELV/FIV testing will be available at an additional cost.

  • Availability is first come, first served with pre‐registration.
  • Drop off times available between 8am and 10am.
  • Cats must be trapped within Philadelphia City Limits.
  • Cats must arrive in cat traps or carriers.
  • Cats must be picked up same day by 6pm.
  • Limit 20 cats per customer.
  • Cash and Credit Card are accepted.
