Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in adopting a cat/kitten from City Kitties! City Kitties loves getting applications from serious, qualified applicants. Please read all of the below information before filling out an application:

The adoption process also includes reference checks, interview, and a home visit.

Please fill in all applicable fields, or your application will not be processed.

Please be specific and descriptive--one-word answers don't tell us much.

All currently and recently owned cats/dogs must be spayed/neutered.

All current pets must be up to date on vaccines, and cats must have proof of FIV/FeLV testing.

If you live with your parent/legal guardian, he/she must fill out the application.

The adoption fee is $75 per animal. This helps us cover basic veterinary costs.

Please note that animals are in individual foster homes, so there is no central facility to visit.
